AUDIT CONSULT, a.s. has operated in the Czech Republic in 1991. It was founded by Konzulta Brno, a.s., an Austrian accounting and tax office Geyer & Geyer together with two auditors - Ing. Věra Valová and Ing. Milada Hledíková. The main scope of business of the company is book-keeping and processing of wage and personnel records for clients, accountants, economic and organization consultancy.
In 1994, a subsidiary company AUDIT CONSULT Brno, s.r.o. was established. Focus of this company’s activity is in provision of auditor services and tax consultancy. The company is entered in the list of auditor companies kept by Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic – certificate No. 107.
Both companies have office in Brno with competence all over this country.
In 2007, AUDIT CONSULT ABL s.r.o. came into existence, in which AUDIT CONSULT, a.s. has a 25% interest. This company has its office in Znojmo. The main scope of its activity is auditor activity and economic consultancy. The company is entered in the list of auditor companies kept by Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic – certificate No. 479.
